Purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport in my price range. A week after purchased, check engine light came on, was told they forgot to install a new part needed. Light is off after new part was replaced, kudos to them. Appx 3 weeks later, the light comes on again and was told that a wire connector needed to be cleaned and basically brushed (I assume the connection was rusty) fixed the issue so they fixed the issue, again, kudos to the mechanics. Right before my 3mo/4500 mile warranty was about to run out, the Transmission shuddered 2-3 times and was told to come back when/if the engine light comes on..it never did throw a code for thr transmission if you were wondering. It was low on fluid and seems to run much better only a slight shudder at low speeds, sporadically. Check engine light came on again, crankshaft issue, P0011 and P0014. I replaced the CVT camshaft solenoids and the light was off for a few days. Light came back on, warranty was still under 4500 miles but 3 months had passed, so no warranty anymore. Went to Montage motors, staff and mechanics were very helpful. I let them know I have the P0011 and P0014 coming up and was told to change the camshaft positioning sensors. They aren't easy to get to and thr other day while I was driving, the dash lit up like xmas. ABS light, both traction control lights abd 4 wheel drive was flashing. I was stumped. Brought this up and it's the right rear wheel position sensor. I have all 3 parts. Hoping then can assist in installation because they truly are stand-up guys. When you buy used, you roll the dice. The dealership inspects but can't forsee the fiture5of what may break. Mechanics and staff go above and beyond to help you after purchase. Hoping they can install both camshaft position sensors on the right side if looking at the motor front the from and they have a lift so the wheel sensor that zmitsubishi wanted $397 for, fingers crossed they csn install all 3 free of charge because they really do go out of their way for their customers. Thus was originally a negative review but after thinking everything through, they are a great dealership who go out of their way to make sure you leave with a positive experience!

Everyone that I dealt with at the car dealership was very nice and listened to any concerns I had and did their best to address and resolve them. It was a pleasant buying experience and things were up front and transparent.

This place Has been nothing but awesome. From inquiring about the vehicle to driving away with it was super easy and Priscilla was super helpful. Even with After sales things like questions about the truck and service history and the mechanics have been helpful. I am glad I got my dream truck from here

Montage Motors made buying our 2019 Ford Ranger a very smooth process. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and pulled the carfax to show us all its prior servicing. The financing/purchase process was quick. By the time we were done with the paperwork they had the truck clean and ready to drive away. Have already referred friends that also had similar experiences.
